Nectarine Sour Spritz
- ½ ripe nectarine, cut into slices
- ½ oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ½ oz Campari
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle nectarine and simple syrup.
- Add gin, campari and lemon to the shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain and pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with prosecco.
